We are looking for a SeniorSitePlanning Engineer to join our High Speed Train Station project in Sohag.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare and update baseline, revised, and recovery schedules based on actual site progress and mitigation plans.
- Track project progress, identify schedule variances, critical path impacts, and recommend appropriate recovery actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and other project control reports.
- Prepare delay analysis and support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
- Monitor project milestones, contractual requirements, resource utilization, and overall schedule performance.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and different project disciplines to ensure alignment with strategic project targets.
- Coordinate with site, technical office, procurement, and other project teams to ensure schedule accuracy and identify potential risks.
- Review and monitor subcontractors baseline and updated schedules and assess their impact on the project master schedule.
- Monitor subcontractors performance indicators and highlight any deviations or delays.
- Support project cash flow, invoicing, and other project controls activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with contractual milestones, reporting requirements, and project control procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in planning and project controls.
- Experience in railway stations, infrastructure, transportation, or similar large-scale projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource loading, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, and delay analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office; Advanced Excel is a plus.
- Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in EOT claims and delay analysis is highly preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
