What You'll Do

• Monitor and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of production applications and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, or equivalent technologies.
• Develop effective monitoring, alerting, and dashboards to proactively identify and resolve production issues.
• Participate in incident response, troubleshoot production failures, and conduct post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
• Define and track service level indicators (SLIs), service level objectives (SLOs), and key reliability metrics.
• Automate operational tasks, improve system monitoring, and contribute to infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Perform performance analysis, identify application and database bottlenecks, and support capacity planning.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Platform, Development, and Database teams to improve system resilience, deployment reliability, and recovery readiness.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate troubleshooting, automation, monitoring, and operational documentation while validating outputs.
• Maintain operational runbooks, contribute to disaster recovery testing, and participate in the on-call rotation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or production infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, or equivalent solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, infrastructure, and production environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or equivalent environments.
• Good understanding of Linux, scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python), and operational automation.
• Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Experience with incident management, production monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis.
• Understanding of application performance, API monitoring, and database troubleshooting, preferably with .NET, SQL Server, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with SLOs, SLIs, performance testing, and disaster recovery concepts.
• Interest in using AI-powered engineering tools to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering teams.

Working Model: 5 days in office
