We are seeking a visionary Social Media Content Manager to elevate our digital presence and redefine how we showcase our company and real estate properties. This is not a standard real estate video production role. We are looking for a strategic storyteller and a lead-by-doing creator who possesses a high-end aesthetic and a deep understanding of marketing-driven content.
Make no mistake: while this role requires high-level strategy, it is hands-on. We are looking for a hybrid lead-by-doing creator. You will not just be directing from a desk; you will be actively involved in indoor and outdoor shoots, operating cameras, and getting your hands dirty in the editing suite. You will own the creative direction across our main channels and our EGC program, building high-authority digital identities for our agents while managing, and actively participating in the production pipeline.
What We Are Looking For
- The Hybrid Lead by Doing Creator: A pro who is well-versed in high-end shooting and editing. You must understand the technical process inside and out, allowing you to direct the team effectively while frequently jumping into production yourself, both in-house and on location.
- The Content Strategist: A visionary with a highly refined aesthetic sense for luxury, storytelling, and lifestyle. You see beyond standard property tours and focus on the narrative.
- The Strategic Storyteller: Someone who can identify an agent's unique strengths and translate them into a clear, high-authority digital identity for their personal pages (EGC program).
- The Production Director: A highly organized leader who can effectively direct videographers and editors, ensuring our final product consistently outshines the competition.
Core Responsibilities
- Creative Direction: Own the ideation, scripting, and development of engaging hooks for the Main Pages and all EGC content to ensure we maintain a sharp competitive edge.
- Agent Identity Mapping: Partner directly with agents to build their unique brand pillars and styles
- Production Oversight: Manage the batch-shooting calendar. Direct the video and editing teams on set and in post-production to ensure a seamless pipeline with zero delays.
- Business & KPI Alignment: Ensure everything produced is driven by high-level marketing goals. You will track success against agreed-upon KPIs and steer the creative direction accordingly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects or pages managed (luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brand experience is highly preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level, hands-on proficiency with professional camera gear and industry-standard editing softwares (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Capcut).
- Strategic Leadership: Strong ability to manage and direct a creative team while simultaneously contributing as a hands-on creator.
- Marketing Mindset: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, digital marketing strategies, and content performance metrics (KPIs).
- Adaptability: Exceptional organizational skills to manage high-volume batch-shooting calendars, strict deadlines, and on-location logistics.
