The Social Media Manager leads the planning, creation, and management of social content to grow brand presence, engagement, and performance across digital platforms. The role oversees content strategy, community management, and analytics to ensure impactful, on-brand communication that drives measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop Social Media strategy
- Develop a monthly content plan
- Create engaging content (multimedia and editorial) for all social media platforms
- Develop and implement content and social media guidelines
- Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests.
- Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics
- Deliver weekly and monthly analytics reports.
- Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
- Event coverage on social channels
Qualifications
- A degree in communication, digital marketing or related field may be required
- At least 5 years of experience managing social media platforms
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube is essential.
- Knowledge of Creators Studio, Emplifi, Social Bakers, Hootsuite or similar programs to manage online postings and produce analytics reports
- Intermediate photography and videography, plus editing skills using Adobe Creative Suites
- Basic design, with knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus
- Proficient in Social Media Analytics
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques
- Excellent time management skills.
- Preferably based in Qatar or GCC
- Bilingual Strong writing and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English)
