We are looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist who thinks like a marketer, not just a content creator. Your role is to drive leads, engagement, and brand positioning, not just post content.

You will own the full social media strategy, from content planning → execution → performance optimization.

• Build and execute a results-driven social media strategy
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars (Reels, Posts, Stories, Campaigns)
• Create high-converting content ideas aligned with trends and audience behavior
• Collaborate with designers & video editors to produce premium content
• Manage all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs
• Analyze performance and optimize based on data (reach, engagement, leads)
• Manage DMs, comments, and audience engagement professionally
• Launch and support campaigns, offers, and seasonal activations
• Work closely with sales team to align content with lead generation goals

• 3–5+ years of experience in social media / digital marketing
• Proven track record of growing pages & generating leads
• Strong understanding of content that converts (not just looks good)
• Experience with Reels / TikTok / short-form video strategy
• Strong copywriting skills (Arabic & English preferred)
• Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, analytics tools, scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of paid ads is a big plus
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
