We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Social Media Specialist to join Up2date Marketing Agency.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing clients social media presence across multiple industries (medical, real estate, NGOs, and more), ensuring high-quality publishing, identifying and leveraging trends (especially from the U.S. market), and providing actionable insights through competitor analysis and performance reporting.
This role also includes supporting the marketing team with research, assisting the project manager in organizing workflows, and occasionally communicating with external partners for offers and proposals.

Key ResponsibilitiesTrend & Content Support
- Monitor and deliver the latest social media trends relevant to different client industries.
- Identify trending hashtags, viral formats, and content styles (with focus on U.S. trends) and share them with the content team.
- Provide creative references and viral content ideas to inspire innovative strategies for client accounts.
Account Management & Growth
- Manage daily publishing across all social media platforms with zero errors.
- Review and approve all content before publishing to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Manage account setup, access, and security for multiple clients.
- Develop strategies to grow accounts, increase engagement, and improve overall performance.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate detailed performance reports from:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok
- Snapchat
- Analyze KPIs and campaign performance to provide clear optimization recommendations.
- Present insights and results to the team in a clear and actionable way.
Competitor & Market Research
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis across different industries.
- Identify content gaps, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Support marketing strategies with strong research and data-driven insights.
Communication & External Support
- Communicate with external companies and partners to request offers and proposals when needed.
- Collect and organize quotations for management review.
Project Management Support
- Assist the project manager in organizing tasks, files, and Google Drive structure.
- Help prepare briefs and research for ongoing projects.
- Support smooth workflow and ensure deadlines are met.

- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of algorithms and content strategies across platforms.
- Ability to spot and adapt quickly to trends (especially global/U.S. trends).
