As the senior developer in backend, specializing in Java, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems. As an experienced developer, you will set technical direction, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise in Java and backend technologies will be crucial in driving our mission forward.

• Mentor a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient backend systems using Java and related technologies.
  
• Hands-on coding and code review to maintain the highest standards of code quality and performance.
  
• Identify bottlenecks and performance issues, and implement solutions to optimize system performance.
  
• Contribute to the development of technical strategies and roadmaps for the backend development team.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver integrated solutions.
  
  

• BE/BTech/Mtech/MCA degree in Computer Science or related field.
  
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
  
• Experience with database design and optimization (SQL and/or NoSQL databases).
  
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring framework, and related technologies.
  
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
