Senior Software Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers while driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure full stack applications.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and designers to define and implement technical solutions.

Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Review, test, and debug code to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance development processes.

Requirements:

8+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).

Solid experience with back-end development: Node.js, .NET Core, Java, or Python.

Experience with databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and mentor team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with system design and architecture.

Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Previous experience in a team leadership or technical lead role.
