Senior Software Engineer / SME – Oracle ASAP, UIM & CI/CD

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer / SME with 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle ASAP, Oracle UIM, and CI/CD pipeline implementation within the telecom domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Oracle ASAP (7.x) and UIM (7.4.x/8) solutions.
• Perform ASAP and UIM installation, upgrades, configuration, and data migration in production environments.
• Develop and maintain ASAP/UIM cartridges using Oracle Design Studio.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, inventory, and integration issues across telecom systems.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Docker, Harbor, and Kubernetes.
• Automate build, deployment, and infrastructure processes.
• Support WebLogic administration, tuning, scaling, and patch management.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure reliable delivery and platform performance.

Required Skills

• Oracle ASAP cartridge development and upgrade experience.
• Oracle UIM cartridge development, customization, and integration using APIs and web services.
• Oracle Design Studio expertise.
• Telecom provisioning experience with network elements.
• Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP web services, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL.
• Unix/Linux and Shell scripting (Bash).
• Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Artifactory, Harbor.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of telecom domains including GSM, Voice, Data, DSL, and VoIP.

Preferred Experience

• TMF/eTOM, SID, Oracle RODOD/RSDOD.
• WebLogic administration and clustered deployments.
• CI/CD security, compliance, and pipeline-as-code practices.
