About The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a leadership role in the design and development of mission-critical systems that enable spiderSilk's cutting-edge cybersecurity platform. You'll mentor junior engineers, lead project initiatives, and ensure technical excellence across the board.
Responsibilities
- Develop, and deploy software solutions at scale.
- Guide best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
- Lead design reviews and provide technical mentorship.
- Drive innovation by researching new technologies and approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in one or more languages such as Python, Java and building solutions working at high scale.
- Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
- Familiarity with security principles and secure coding practices.
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor other engineers.
- Proficient with AI tools supporting operations & development.
