Senior Software Engineer - C++

Responsibilities:

Software Development & Design

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions to meet business needs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers (SDE 1 & 2).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Refactor and rewrite code where necessary without compromising functionality.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead a team of 4–8 software developers, guiding technical decisions and ensuring timely delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and team meetings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align software development with business requirements.

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices

• Ensure high-quality software delivery via CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (GitLab/SVN).
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in software development.
• Promote best practices in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and software development techniques.
