Senior Software Engineer-GCP Platform Engineer

GCP platfrom engineer-5 -8+ Years min experience is required.

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive GCP Platform Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to enable cloud-native solutions, automate infrastructure, and support application migrations to GCP.

• Design and implement GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Cloud Build, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging.
• Configure and manage IAM roles, service accounts, and VPC networking.
• Ensure security best practices, compliance, and cost optimization across GCP environments.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues and provide on-call support as needed.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with Datawarehouse and ETL concepts.
• Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancers, and DNS in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and cost governance
  
  

Additional Skills:

• GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Exposure to BigQuery, or Cloud Functions.
