Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

HCL Technologies is hiring experienced Java Spring Boot Microservices Developers to join our dynamic engineering team. We are looking for professionals with strong backend development expertise who have built applications from scratch and are passionate about designing scalable, cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.

Build and enhance RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.

Develop scalable Microservices architecture-based applications.

Integrate messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other MQ technologies.

Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.

Follow Agile development methodologies and best coding practices.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Java

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot

Experience in Microservices Architecture

Knowledge of REST APIs

Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other Message Queue (MQ) technologies

Exposure to AWS, Azure, or other Cloud platforms

Good understanding of SDLC, Git, and CI/CD practices

Experience Required

5+ years of relevant experience.

Candidates should have development experience from scratch (end-to-end application development).

Note : Candidates shouldn't working with Citi project currently or for last 1 year.
