Senior Software Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and support business-critical systems that enable reliable service delivery at scale. This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership, working closely with product, operations, and leadership teams in a service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, high-availability systems
• Own services end-to-end, from design to production support
• Improve system reliability, automation, and operational resilience
• Work closely with product and operations to translate real needs into technical solutions
• Support and mentor other engineers

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack software engineering roles
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant field
• Strong experience building and supporting production systems
• Solid backend engineering background (.NET, C#, APIs)
• Hands on enterprise grade modern applications with JS front ends, Event management system with Integrations and APIs orchestration
• Thorough knowledge and experience of using design patterns and the frameworks implementing them
• Extensive application of database-related skills along with industry-standard ORM tools within applications
• Experience with cloud and containerised environments
• Some experience with architecting complex, distributed, flexible and easy-to-maintain solutions
• Good understanding of OWASP Top 10 and application of secure development practices
• Practical, ownership-driven approach to design and engineering
• Sound judgement when working on live, service-critical systems
