Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary:

The Senior Software Engineer (React Native) is a senior technical leader responsible for building and delivering scalable mobile and web solutions using modern technologies. The role drives architectural decisions, leads key technical initiatives, mentors engineers, and works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship high-quality features across mobile and web platforms with speed and precision.
• Own features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation to deployment and production monitoring.
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested TypeScript code across front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions.
• Lead significant technical initiatives and contribute to architecture and technology decisions across multiple systems.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to improve coding efficiency, testing, code reviews, and developer productivity.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, analytics, reliability, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Mentor and support engineers across different experience levels, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the engineering organization.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure long-term maintainability of solutions

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of software engineering experience, with proven experience delivering React Native and Next.js applications.
• React Native experience is a must.
• Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, performance optimization, analytics, and CMS integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a product-focused mindset.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalable system design, and modern development practices (CI/CD, testing, version control).
