Senior Software Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and implement advanced software solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include analyzing system requirements, writing efficient code, conducting software testing, resolving technical issues, and ensuring scalability and maintainability. The role entails mentoring junior developers, leading technical discussions, and contributing to strategic technology planning to meet business objectives.

• Proficiency in software development with a strong command of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript
• Knowledge of software architecture, system design, and development best practices
• Experience with code optimization, debugging, and problem-solving
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong understanding of database management systems, SQL, and data structures
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus
