Software Team Lead (Laravel PHP Stack)

Your Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily technical tasks across the team.

Lead and mentor developers in the backend (Laravel PHP), frontend, Flutter, and UI design.

Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure clean, maintainable architecture.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Manage tasks and development timelines.

Identify and resolve technical roadblocks quickly and effectively.

Ensure alignment across backend, frontend, and mobile development teams.

Our Tech Stack:

Backend: Laravel (PHP)

Mobile: Flutter

Qualifications:

Proven experience in team leadership or technical management.

Strong experience in Laravel PHP development.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, database design, and system architecture.

Familiarity with frontend frameworks and Flutter mobile development.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to balance hands-on coding with management responsibilities.
