About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer & Technical Lead to drive the next stage of enterprise software innovation. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives at the intersection of hands-on development and strategic technical leadership. You will lead the design, revamp, and advancement of enterprise-grade custom software solutions that empower corporates and large-scale organizations to modernize and scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership
  • Define and own the technical direction, system architecture, and integration strategies.
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards, scalability practices, and best-in-class coding guidelines.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  • Enterprise Software Development
  • Lead the creation and modernization of enterprise-grade applications tailored to corporate needs.
  • Drive end-to-end software revamps, ensuring robustness, scalability, and future-proof design.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Project & Delivery Management
  • Keep workstreams organized, tracking scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • Partner with product managers and business leaders to align technical execution with strategic goals.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery through proactive risk management and structured execution.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in software engineering with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise-grade system design, integrations, and scalable architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with modern software stacks (e.g., cloud-native, microservices, APIs, distributed systems).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage scope, risks, and dependencies across complex projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and mentor engineering teams.
