Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced ETL Automation QA Professionals with strong expertise in ETL Testing, Test Automation, Python, SQL, and Data Validation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automation frameworks, validating complex data transformations, and ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL test automation frameworks.
• Automate source-to-target data validation and reconciliation processes.
• Create reusable automation scripts for ETL and Data Warehouse testing.
• Develop and execute automated test cases for data transformation and integration workflows.
• Perform data quality, regression, and functional testing.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for backend data validation.
• Analyze ETL mappings, transformation logic, and business requirements.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams.
• Track defects, provide root cause analysis, and support issue resolution.
• Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and automation best practices are followed.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ETL Testing and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Python for automation development.
• Strong expertise in SQL and database testing.
• Experience with Data Warehouse Testing and Data Validation.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting.
• Experience in ETL workflow validation and source-to-target testing.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium, or other automation tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
• Insurance domain experience is an added advantage.
