Responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation to completion, scope, and development of project plans.
Responsibilities:
Defining project goals and objectives and establishing project timelines and milestones.
Control identifying project requirements and constraints and managing project risks.
Monitoring project progress and reporting on project status to the defined stakeholders.
Identifying and resolving issues related to project delivery.
Managing project resources to fulfill the project assignments.
Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
Overseeing the Scrum events and meetings if Agile applies.
Determining and overseeing consistent project activities like testing, issues evaluation, and troubleshooting.
Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
Performing regular checks on the delivered projects for better enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or any related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
5 to 7 years of experience within Software industry.
Proficiency in project management, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
Familiarity with reporting tools, such as Microsoft Project Plan and JIRA.
Understanding of software development processes.
Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
