Objective
Job Description
- Responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation to completion, scope, and development of project plans.
Responsibilities
- Defining project goals and objectives and establishing project timelines and milestones.
- Control identifying project requirements and constraints and managing project risks.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting on project status to the defined stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to project delivery.
- Managing project resources to fulfill the project assignments.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
- Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
- Overseeing the Scrum events and meetings if Agile applies.
- Determining and overseeing consistent project activities like testing, issues evaluation, and troubleshooting.
- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
- Performing regular checks on the delivered projects for better enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or any related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must.
- 5 to 7 years of experience within Software industry.
- Proficiency in project management, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
- Familiarity with reporting tools, such as Microsoft Project Plan and JIRA.
- Understanding of software development processes.
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
