Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform. This role is responsible for validating product functionality, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to maintain high release quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual functional, regression, and system testing
- Develop and maintain test cases, scenarios, and test data
- Perform end-to-end testing of GRC workflows (risk, compliance, policies, audits)
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps
- Validate client-reported issues before escalation to development
- Re-test fixes to ensure accuracy and prevent regressions
- Support UAT and release validation activities
- Maintain QA documentation and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Experience in QA testing for SaaS platforms (GRC or cybersecurity preferred)
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle
- Ability to analyze workflows and identify edge cases
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, TestFirst, or similar tools
- Basic familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Saudi national preferred
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills

- Exposure to GRC, compliance, risk, or audit processes
- Experience working in Agile environments
