Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Sales Executive to join our Egypt office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales, specifically within HR systems (HCM, HRMS, Payroll, Talent Management) and/or E-Commerce platforms and solutions.
This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our presence in the Egyptian and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles for HR systems and/or E-Commerce software solutions, from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution-based sales discussions tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, and product teams to ensure solution alignment
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports using CRM tools
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs within HR tech and E-Commerce sectors
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums when required.
Requirements & qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in software sales, preferably in HR systems, SaaS, or E-Commerce solutions
- Proven track record of closing mid to large B2B deals
- Strong understanding of consultative / solution-based selling
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience selling to Egyptian enterprises; regional (MEA) exposure is a plus
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Very good in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is a MUST.
