We're Hiring: Senior Software Sales Executive

About the role
A technical partner specializing in building scalable software solutions, including smartphone applications, online platforms, e-commerce systems, and customized enterprise solutions. We provide our services to the private and public sectors in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Gulf.
We're now scaling our sales function, and we're looking for a senior professional who can own the full software sales cycle independently. This is a senior, autonomous role - you won't be micromanaged. You're expected to build and drive your own pipeline, backed by a technology team with a strong delivery track record and an established client base.
Key responsibilities
Own the complete software sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, product demos, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Build and manage a pipeline of corporate and enterprise clients across Egypt and the GCC.
Develop and maintain sales analytics and reporting - pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecasting.
Represent the firm in client meetings with C-level executives, product owners, and business decision-makers.
Work closely with the technical delivery team to scope software projects accurately.
Contribute to pricing and go-to-market strategy for our software products and services.
Requirements
5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in software or enterprise technology solutions (SaaS, custom software, or digital products).
A demonstrated track record of closing high-value software or solution deals.
Prior experience selling into the GCC market - Saudi Arabia in particular - is a must.
Strong command of sales analytics: CRM discipline, pipeline metrics, and data-driven forecasting.
Solid technical understanding - you can hold a credible conversation about software products, digital platforms, integrations, and technology solutions with sophisticated clients.
Strong executive presence; confident and credible in high-stakes, client-facing settings.
Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic required for our core markets.
