For our subsidiary BAUER Egypt S.A.E. in Cairo, Egypt we are searching for a new IT team member as Senior Software Test Engineer (m/f/x).
Your Tasks
- Develop and implement scalable test strategies aligned with ISTQB best practices
- Plan, coordinate, and execute system, integration, and acceptance testing
- Create and maintain structured test documentation and ensure traceability
- Design and maintain automated test procedures integrated with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to align QA with project goals
Your Profile
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education
- Several years of software testing experience, including experience in a lead or senior role
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification required; Advanced Test Manager preferred
- Experience with test automation and CI/CD integration
- Proficiency with JIRA, and familiarity with Zephyr or Xray test management tools
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
