Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and modernization of Risk & Compliance solutions within the banking sector. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise Risk & Compliance solutions.
• Define architecture and integration strategies for GRC, AML, KYC, and financial crime platforms.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead solution design, implementation, migration, and production support.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and enterprise architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of solution architecture experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in Risk & Compliance, AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and GRC.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of:
• IBM Safer Payments
• Oracle KYC / Oracle HotScan
• SAS Enterprise GRC (EGRC)
• Archer GRC / ServiceNow GRC
• Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, microservices, cloud, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with security architecture, data governance, and banking compliance frameworks.
• TOGAF, AWS, or Azure certification is a plus.

Preferred

• Experience with SAMA and NCA regulations.
• Integration with core banking, IAM, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience in cloud migration and digital transformation projects within banking.
