Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong telecom and IT infrastructure expertise to lead end-to-end solution design, customer engagements, and technical architecture initiatives. The ideal candidate should have solid business acumen, leadership experience, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions aligned with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end telecom and IT solutions.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable architectures.
• Lead customer discussions, technical presentations, and solution workshops.
• Provide architectural guidance to engineering and delivery teams.
• Support major incident management, escalations, and complex network troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with global and geographically distributed teams.
• Stay updated on telecom industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Cisco Routers & Switches
• SD-WAN, LAN/WAN
• MPLS, VPN, IP Networking
• BGP / iBGP
• Load Balancers
• Firewalls & Security Solutions

Qualifications

• 10–13 years of experience in Telecom, Networking, or Solution Architecture.
• Strong customer-facing and consulting experience.
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Certifications (Preferred)
• CCNA
• CCNP
• ITIL Foundation
• Cisco Certifications
