SAP is looking for a Senior Solution Sales Executive for the BTP (SAP Business Technology Platform) domain.

The Senior Solution Sales Executive is responsible for leading, driving, and growing the BTP line of business across Strategic Accounts in the Kingdom. This role owns revenue and profitability outcomes, positioning SAP BTP as a strategic enabler of digital transformation for customers. This role plays a critical part in shaping customers digital transformation journeys, positioning SAP BTP as the foundation for innovation, integration, data, and AI across the Kingdom's largest and most strategic enterprises. The ideal candidate is curious, commercially sharp, customer-focused, and motivated by building long-term strategic value-not just closing transactions.

What you will do in this role

  • Build, drive, and expand SAP BTP business across assigned Strategic Accounts and proactively manage the end-to-end BTP sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of revenue and quality targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for SAP BTP within Strategic Accounts, engaging C-level executives and senior decision-makers
  • Lead account-level BTP strategy, including demand generation, deal shaping, and value-based selling
  • Participate in regular business reviews, forecast calls, and strategic planning sessions
  • Partner with Marketing and Field Management to design and execute BTP-focused initiatives aligned with solution sales priorities
  • Provide structured feedback on execution effectiveness to drive continuous improvement of programs and go-to-market initiatives
  • Maintain strong awareness of the extended team and actively share insights with peer managers and stakeholders

What experience and skills you should bring for this role

  • 6-8 year of experience in enterprise solution sales, business applications, and/or IT platforms
  • Proven success in selling to CXO-level stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms, integration, application development, and data/analytics solutions is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of driving profitable growth and gaining market share within strategic enterprise accounts
  • Consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong ability to operate effectively in a networked, virtual, and cross-functional sales environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
