JOB PURPOSE

IT Senior Solution Architecture will act as the key liaison between business and technology teams, responsible for translating business strategies into implementable IT solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable architectures that drive digital banking services, align with compliance requirements, and support the bank's strategic goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of technical frameworks and business acumen to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions while adhering to architectural principles and best practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A master's degree or certification in TOGAF, Business analysis, AWS is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems analysis, or a related IT role.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing IT solutions in banking or financial services.
• Experience working with business teams to gather and translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with financial platforms and enterprise IT systems.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and document solution architectures for digital banking services, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, developers, and engineers, to gather requirements and design efficient IT solutions.

3. Create and review technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, Sequence Diagrams & BRDs.

4. Facilitate cross-functional requirement sessions to analyze business and system needs, foster collaboration within the teams and across departments to ensure seamless integration of business requirements into technical solutions.

5. Oversee architectural reviews to ensure solution scalability, reliability, and compliance with security standards.

6. Manage and lead the Solution Architecture team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality deliverables and alignment with organizational goals.

7. Oversee the integration and design of new systems into the bank's architecture, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
