Lead technical pre-sales and customer success across the commercial footprint, anchored in Riyadh and growing into the region. You are the technical authority who maps think AI Nodes and ILM to a customer environment, workload and constraints, and you are customer facing every day.
What you will do
- Own the technical solution design on every major deal. Translate customer requirements into hardware and software configurations that win.
- Lead workshops, technical deep dives and proof-of-concept scoping with customer architects and engineering teams.
- Manage the Solutions Engineer and the Customer Support Technician. Hire, develop and hold the bar as the team grows.
- Own technical RFP responses: accurate, complete, and with a point of view.
- Be the bridge between sales and engineering. Carry customer pain back to the product team and bring engineering confidence to the customer.
- Run technical onboarding and see deployments through from kickoff to go-live.
What you need
- Eight years or more as a solutions architect, sales engineer or equivalent customer-facing technical role in AI, accelerated compute, server or data centre infrastructure.
- Experience at a leading hardware, hyperscale or AI company designing compute solutions for named accounts.
- Technical breadth across accelerated compute, networking, storage, Linux, and training, fine-tuning and inference on bare metal.
- Experience managing a small technical team, or acting as tech lead inside a larger organisation.
- Fluent English. Arabic is a strong advantage.
Useful, not required
- Hands-on with CUDA, ROCm, PyTorch, vLLM or comparable infrastructure tooling.
- Familiarity with liquid cooling, high-density rack design, or regulated-environment architectures.
- Experience positioning combined hardware and software solutions.
- A postgraduate degree in a technical field.
- Time inside a startup scaling from early to growth stage.
