About the Job:
To lead presales solution design and technical positioning across the Digital Solutions & Professional Services practices, partnering with Sales to translate client requirements into compelling, technically sound proposals that support Alkan Telecom's growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design and technical proposal development for cross-practice engagements.
- Lead demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and shape win strategies.
- Prepare RFP/RFI responses, statements of work, and costing inputs in coordination with the team.
- Serve as the technical bridge between clients, sales, and digital solutions & professional services teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Digital Solutions & Professional Services portfolio and emerging market trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant business/technical certifications is an advantage.
- 7+ years of experience in presales and solution consulting, including at least 2 years in a senior presales capacity.
- Strong solution architecture and technical presentation skills across enterprise software and professional services domains (such as: Portals, LCNC, Business Automation, Integration, Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture); ability to translate business requirements into compelling technical solutions; strong client-facing communication, and stakeholder management; proven ability to lead RFP/RFI responses and digital solution proposals; strong collaboration skills with sales and delivery teams.
- Relevant vendor/technology certifications (e.g., IBM and/or Oracle) preferred; willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
