Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare rolling 5-year outbound logistics plans and yearly business plans.
Analyze logistics solutions, prepare business cases, and identify potential issues.
Develop shipping capacity, estimate budgets, and finalize lifting plans.
Negotiate with ship-owners/brokers for chartering and tonnage exchanges.
Support the development and implementation of logistics procedures and policies.
Perform studies related to outbound logistics operations and market analysis.
Ensure compliance with Ma'aden's regulatory framework and maritime laws.
Collaborate with internal teams and external customers for efficient deliveries.
Monitor freight markets, provide reports, and propose recommendations to commercial teams.
Track and report logistics performance, verify safety standards, and manage payments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
2+ years of Supply Chain and/or Logistics experience in a similar industry.
Proven track record in handling Supply Chain operations and logistics activities.
Experience in large enterprises, preferably in mining or petrochemical industries.
Large team experience with multi-team and multi-project responsibilities.
High-energy strategic problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities.
Competitive, result-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work.
Fluency in English and proficiency in PC applications.
