Job Purpose:
The Senior Specialist, Broker Operations is responsible for supporting the smooth and compliant management of broker related operations across commissions, onboarding, incentives, documentation, system coordination, and stakeholder support. The role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, governance, and service excellence across the broker channel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day to day broker operations activities and ensure smooth execution of broker related processes and services
• Lead the timely and accurate processing of broker commissions, bonuses, marketing support claims, and other broker related payments
• Review and validate supporting documents, bank details, VAT certificates, and approval requirements to ensure compliance and payment readiness
• Support broker onboarding, operational setup, and documentation requirements in line with internal policies and procedures
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Tax, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to resolve broker operational matters and payment related issues
• Monitor outstanding cases, rejected submissions, aging items, and operational bottlenecks, and follow through to closure
• Administer and track broker incentive programs, broker awards, and Priority Pass rewards, ensuring proper documentation and reporting
• Support continuous improvement of broker related systems and digital tools, including Broker Portal enhancements related to commissions, invoices, and workflows
• Prepare regular reports on commission status, operational performance, pending cases, and key issues requiring management attention
• Maintain strong documentation discipline, governance standards, and audit readiness across all broker operations activities
