To lead complex data analytics projects, utilizing advanced data modeling, machine learning, and big data technologies to drive strategic decisions and operational efficiencies in the mobility sector.
Strategic
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sophisticated ETL processes integrating diverse data sources.
- Design and execute complex data models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Lead analytics projects with Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, and Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R for data analysis, and BI tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists and BI developers.
Operational
- Spearhead the integration of advanced analytics into strategic planning, enhancing forecasting accuracy and market response.
- Lead the exploration and implementation of emerging data science methodologies, such as AI-driven predictive models, to stay ahead in the competitive mobility sector.
- Collaborate with business units to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies, optimizing customer targeting, pricing models, and service delivery.
- Champion the use of data science in identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams, including potential partnerships and innovative service offerings.
- Play a key role in risk management and decision-making processes by providing data-backed evaluations of market trends, operational risks, and investment opportunities.
People Management
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Product/Process Improvement
- Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytical tools and algorithms to enhance data processing efficiency and accuracy. Continuously evaluate and update data processing and analytics methodologies to align with the latest industry standards and technological advancements.
- Lead initiatives to automate data processes where feasible, reducing manual effort and increasing reliability and speed of data delivery. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the integration of analytics platforms with existing systems, enhancing the overall data infrastructure.
- Initiate and oversee cross-functional projects aimed at improving data quality, accessibility, and security, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Champion the adoption of a data-centric culture across the organization, promoting the use of data insights in decision-making processes at all levels.
