Position Overview:
The Senior Specialist – Design Solutions is part of the Warehouse Operations function and plays a key role in management reporting to support the management to make decisions related to warehouse operation improvement initiatives. The role focuses on managing warehouse-related projects, supporting day-to-day operations through data-driven decisions, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and scalable warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as part of the Warehouse Operations team, supporting operational performance and support in decision-making related to warehouse support and improvement initiatives.
- Manage warehouse project timelines using structured project management methodologies.
- Support operational decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and performance dashboards related to warehouse operations.
- Provide warehouse operations support management, ensuring alignment between projects and operational realities.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders including warehouse operations, supply chain, IT, procurement, finance, and external vendors.
- Use Microsoft tools (especially Excel; PowerPoint , Excel , and Power BI are an advantage) to analyze operational data and support management decisions.
- Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within warehouse operations and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure warehouse projects and operational initiatives align with company policies, SOPs, and performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, warehouse support, logistics, or supply chain environments.
- Proven project management experience, preferably related to warehouse operations or operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office, with solid Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in data-based warehouse management and supporting operational decision-making.
