Senior Specialist - Digital Services Development

Job Description

• Support executing and implementing Artificial Intelligence Strategy in alignment with RTA Digital Strategy to elevate RTA in artificial intelligence practices and increase reliability on AI in RTA Services
• Innovate in artificial intelligence to create capabilities in areas such as customer engagement, employees empowering, operations optimization, and service innovation using machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and robotics, and solicit and evaluate artificial intelligence related requests.
• Research artificial intelligence trends both in terms of business applications and process automation.
• Identify key performance indicators and develop cost/benefit analysis to forecast and measure the benefits of artificial intelligence systems and services.
• Understand the business strategy and develop artificial intelligence business cases and initiatives and present them to agencies and sectors.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess the practicality of a proposed artificial intelligence initiatives and projects and identify and recommend options and solutions that best serve business needs across the RTA.
• Contribute to suppliers selection, RfP tendering, and procurement of artificial intelligence systems and services.
• Facilitate development of proof of concepts (PoC's) in coordination with business owners to demonstrate the value of artificial intelligence and how artificial intelligence addresses requirements.
• Captures and document artificial intelligence business objectives and functional requirements and translate them into requirements and solution definition documents in a comprehensive, meaningful and well-structured manner.
• Identify issues and risks involved and gather the consensus of involved departments on the implementation of artificial intelligence initiatives.
• Act as the first point of contact for any clarifications and disputes pertaining the project scope during the artificial intelligence planning and execution phases
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in information technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, With PMP with minimum 8 years of working experience from a recognized university/ Or Masters preferred in the same majors with minimum 6 years of working experience from a recognized university.
