Job Purpose

Support the development and execution of digital transformation initiatives across the organization, with a focus on leveraging digital technologies, data, automation, and innovative solutions to improve business processes, service delivery, operational efficiency, and stakeholder experience.

The role will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities, translate business requirements into digital solutions, support the implementation of transformation initiatives, and monitor their impact and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, digital solutions, data, automation, and technology-enabled change, preferably within a government, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or other complex organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of the organisation's digital transformation roadmap and initiatives.
Identify opportunities to digitise, automate, simplify, and improve business processes.
Work with business functions to understand operational challenges, requirements, and opportunities for digital enablement.
Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for process optimisation and digitalisation.
Support the design and implementation of digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements for digital initiatives.
Coordinate with IT, data, technology, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects.
Support digital transformation projects from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, and rollout.
Monitor emerging technologies and assess their potential application within the organisation.
Support the adoption of technologies such as AI, automation, data analytics, cloud solutions, digital platforms, and workflow technologies where relevant.
Develop business cases, feasibility assessments, technical documentation, presentations, and recommendations for digital transformation initiatives.
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the impact, adoption, and effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives.
Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption activities related to digital initiatives.
Conduct benchmarking and research on digital transformation practices across leading government and industry organizations.
Identify opportunities to improve customer and stakeholder experience through digital channels and services.
Support the development of digital transformation standards, frameworks, guidelines, and methodologies.
Maintain awareness of emerging digital technologies, industry trends, and government digitalization initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Digital Transformation, Data Science, or a related discipline.
A Master's degree or relevant professional certification in digital transformation, technology, business analysis, project management, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience

7–9+ years of relevant professional experience in digital transformation, technology transformation, business process improvement, digital solutions, or a related field.
Proven experience supporting or delivering digital transformation initiatives within a complex organisation.
Strong experience in business process analysis, digitalization, automation, and technology-enabled process improvement.
Experience working across business and technology teams to translate business needs into digital solutions.
Experience with digital transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, KPIs, and benefits realisation.
Exposure to AI, data analytics, automation, cloud technologies, digital platforms, or emerging technologies is highly desirable.
Government, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or other large-scale project environment experience is preferred.
Experience managing transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders is desirable.
Candidates should demonstrate strong hands-on technical and transformation experience, rather than purely administrative or coordination-focused experience.
