Occupation Description
The Senior Specialist, Facility Management will manage the Facility Management CAFM system & provide effective administrative support for the day to day operations/activities in order to facilitate the achievement of departmental goals.

Job Scope
- Manage the workflow of all projects SRs through the CAFM system to ensure that all transactions are properly logged on the CAFM.
- Ensure achieving the client satisfaction targets CSAT across all projects.
- Ensure achieving the closure ratio of SRs on CAFM across all projects.
- Coordinate with concerned stakeholders to properly achieve client satisfaction.
- Organize, arrange and prepare documentation for meetings and presentations (both internal & external).
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure the processing service invoices in a timely manner.
- Implement an accurate database and filing system to maintain records in a confidential manner.
Education and Training:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Most Common Work Experience Requested:
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Proven work experience in FM in either an in house or a service provider capacity
- Previous experience in real estate is preferred
