Senior Specialist HCM Policy, OD and Rewards

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM (EBS/Cloud) solutions, with a focus on Oracle Organizational Development (OD) and Rewards modules
• Provide expert guidance on organizational structures, talent management, compensation, benefits, and rewards configurations
• Collaborate with both technical and functional teams to drive solutions
• Manage system integration and ensure successful HCM processes
• Support testing, troubleshooting for service users, and ongoing system enhancements

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM (EBS or Cloud), particularly the Organisational Development (OD) and Rewards modules, including implementation, configuration, and support
• Strong expertise in talent management, compensation, benefits, organisational structures, and rewards configurations within Oracle HCM systems
• Proven ability to handle customisations for Oracle HCM modules and work with SQL and PL/SQL for system integration
• Experience in multi-country HCM implementations and working in client-facing environments
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional teams
• Fluency in Arabic and English is an essential requirement
