Job Description
Home Finance Senior Specialist is responsible to support and assist all Home Finance activities in ROSHN

Bachelor s degree or 2+ relevant work experience.
Knowledge of banking product and processes
Preferred: Home Finance products
1. Follow ROSHN s policies, procedures and customer journey.
2. Resolving customer related issues.
3. Seek customer and department s feedback.
4. Oversee day-to-day operations and work with Home Finance agents.
5. Coordinate with Home Finance providers on Home Finance cases.
6. Update the daily Home Finance report.
7. Ensure the documents are filled, signed and delivered.
