Job Purpose:
To supervise and manage the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring effective and efficient HR practices in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions. This role plays a critical part in supporting the HR Manager and fostering a positive work environment aligned with the company's values and objectives.
Job Responsibilities (Organizational):
- Strategic Business Partnership: Oversee HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, performance management, and HR documentation.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Coordinate and supervise the recruitment process for open positions, ensuring job postings are accurate, candidates are screened, and interviews are conducted efficiently.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist in the administration of the performance appraisal system, ensuring timely and accurate feedback, and support managers in addressing performance issues.
- Training and Development: Organize and supervise training programs to enhance employees skills, ensuring they align with company needs and employee development goals.
- Policy Implementation and Compliance: Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of employee engagement by organizing employee activities, recognition programs, and ensuring employees are motivated and satisfied with their work environment.
- HR Documentation: Supervise the maintenance of HR records and databases, ensuring that all employee records are accurate, complete, and confidential.
- HR Reporting: Provide reports on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, training, and performance to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Support HR Manager: Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and strategic HR initiatives, providing input on HR best practices and improvement areas.
Job Requirements (Qualification & Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR business partnering, operations, and talent management.
- Experience in managing HR processes across multiple business functions, ideally within multinational or large-scale organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR regulations, and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leaders to deliver HR solutions that drive business performance and operational success.

- Proven ability to manage HR operations efficiently while aligning processes with business goals.
- Advanced knowledge of HR software (SAP, Workday, or similar systems).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Understanding of HR processes, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to handle multiple HR tasks simultaneously and efficiently
- Results-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
