Job Description
Senior Specialist - Idea Management is responsible for overseeing and driving the ideation and innovation processes within the organization. The primary goal will be to foster a culture of creativity and to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative ideas that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
Ideation Management:
- Develop and implement processes and frameworks to encourage and capture innovative ideas from employees, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and other creative sessions to generate new ideas and solutions.
- Evaluate and prioritize ideas based on their feasibility, potential impact, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Initiate IBTIKAR Campaigns
- Participate with potential winning ideas in Awards functions
Innovation Strategy:
- Collaborate with senior management to define and refine the organization's innovation strategy.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies that have the potential to drive innovation and business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about the industry landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Update the related innovation and Ibtikar committees with important information.
Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and implementation of innovation projects.
- Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure they are achieved within the specified timelines and budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Engage and communicate with internal stakeholders at various levels to gather feedback, address concerns, and gain support for innovation initiatives.
- Initiate brainstorming sessions designed for related clusters/Units.
Performance Tracking and Evaluation:
- Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of innovation initiatives.
- Regularly assess and evaluate the outcomes of implemented ideas, projects, and programs.
- Use data and insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, innovation management, entrepreneurship, or equivalent experience in related field
