KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Identify and study business requirements necessary to improve and expand Agency business operations.
# Prepare statistical reports regarding external Agency business operations, including reports on non-face to face transacting.
# Prepare of all technical standards, methodologies and mechanisms to be met by Agency sections. # Identify, prepare and review of all policies and legislation related to the Licensing Agency operations.
# Prepare and manage business implementations as a Change Management champion, on behalf of Agency's departments and the CEO's Office.
# Undertake business assessments of the Agency's remote service channel performance.
# Prepare and update of manuals, specifications, procedures and criteria and prepare recommendations for the development of and upgrading the performance of the Agency's external business operations.
