JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to conduct specialized in-depth studies in terms of organization structure and strategic workforce planning, implement organization development programs and propose viable strategies to sustain efficient and effective organization.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organization Design
- Support in the design, evaluation, and implementation of organizational structures aligned with corporate strategy.
- Conduct structural diagnosis and provide insights on effectiveness, spans & layers, and operating model design.
- Develop organizational scenarios and recommend design options, highlighting trade-offs and business implications.
- Prepare job design frameworks ensuring alignment with role clarity, accountability, and career progression.
Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP)
- Conduct workforce demand-supply modelling using Excel and workforce analytics tools.
- Develop strategic workforce plans that align with growth priorities, transformation initiatives, and automation impact.
- Run what-if scenarios (e.g., restructuring, growth, attrition,) to enable proactive workforce decisions.
- Track and report workforce metrics (headcount, attrition, mobility, demographics, productivity) and provide insights for leadership.
- Support development of unified job architecture, job sizing, and career frameworks.
Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
- Support HR due diligence by assessing organizational structures, headcount, and workforce risks.
- Lead workforce integration planning (role mapping, redundancies, redeployment, harmonization of policies).
- Provide modelling support to evaluate cost synergies, overlaps, and workforce rationalization opportunities.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to execute seamless people and organization integration.
REQUIREMENTS:
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- Demonstrated success in workforce/financial modelling using Excel and other analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, OrgVue, Anaplan preferred).
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role out of which at least 3 in a Big 4/MBB consultancy
- Strong expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, scenario modelling, workforce cost modelling, dashboards).
- Knowledge of Org Design frameworks (spans & layers, operating models, job architecture).
- Expertise in Strategic Workforce Planning methodologies (supply-demand modelling, scenario planning, critical role identification).
- Familiarity with M&A / PMI processes, including due diligence and HR integration.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a reputation as a team player.
- Strong process improvement, change management, and project management skills.
- Experience with presenting information to groups and managing projects.
