The Retail Banking Group (RBG) supports retail and micro-business customers in managing their finances, through expert advice and the provision of a full suite of specialist products and services in conventional and Shari'ah compliant banking. We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement paid social strategy for the Bank and contribute to the development and implementation of Bank wide digital marketing strategy across paid social channels to ensure high brand presence and customer engagement
  • Assist and manage performance driven paid social campaigns for assigned stakeholders across channels like paid search, display, programmatic, paid social and affiliates in order to drive results that contribute to business goals
  • Set a campaign strategy, research potential marketing channels and analyse competitors in order to make informed recommendations for future social media campaigns
  • Manage all campaign activity and processes required in order to proficiently create and run campaigns to ensure optimal success
  • Maintain an in depth understanding of ADCB's marketplace by monitoring competition and analysing customer feedback in order to make future campaign recommendations to concerned stakeholders
  • Lead and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification in order to reach the optimal audience
  • Set up and optimise company pages within each platform in order to increase the visibility of company's social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the company moderation policy for each community to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate influencer marketing strategies, measure brand and product mention in order to report on the resulted return on investment (ROI) in brand and product marketing initiatives
  • Analyse the performance of campaigns in order to hit and exceed stakeholder expectations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage and oversee community and response management on ADCB's social business pages between external vendors and internal contact center teams in order to make recommendations for improvement
  • Drive reports, studies and make presentations to stakeholders in order to show the impact of paid social media and encourage internal buy in
  • Analyse media data to understand how paid social integrates with other media formats and channels in order to make informed recommendations which include latest tools, technology and techniques
  • Coordinate with data suppliers and other third party data experts in order to develop company data visualisation and presentation
  • Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
  • Manage self in line with the Bank's people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance
  • Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank's required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing paid, owned and earned digital channels, digital marketing account management, Facebook-Instagram Business Manager, Twitter advertising platform, LinkedIn Advertising platform and managing campaign analytics through Google analytics, Google Tag Manager, listening and measurement tools and significant experience in scaling acquisitions
  • Skills such as SEO, SEM
  • Preferred Arabic speaker
  • Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Development
  • Facebook Blueprint certified
  • Google Advertising Advanced Exam
  • Data driven
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Ability to set performance targets that ladder up to business goals
  • Capable of orchestrating multiple campaigns across various channels
