Job Objective:
To manage and execute end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing in full compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI regulations, and internal company policies. The role is responsible for maintaining payroll integrity, supporting financial reconciliation, and safeguarding confidentiality while delivering high-quality payroll services to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
- Review and validate attendance, leave, overtime, and variable compensation data.
- Verify salary adjustments, allowances, bonuses, and other payroll inputs prior to processing.
- Calculate statutory and non-statutory deductions, including GOSI, loans, penalties, and absences.
- Execute salary transfers through approved banking systems and ensure successful payment processing.
- Prepare and submit Wage Protection System (WPS) files in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile payroll data with Finance records and resolve discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Process end-of-service benefits and final settlements in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
- Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and analytics for management and audit purposes.
- Maintain payroll documentation and ensure strict confidentiality and data security standards.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide clarification when required.
- Support payroll system enhancements, testing, and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 57 years of payroll experience, preferably within a large or complex organization.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI regulations, and WPS requirements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or payroll systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
