Job Purpose:

To support studies, planning, and basic design activities for industrial complexes. The role helps analyze processes, improve efficiency, and support project teams in delivering development initiatives on time and within scope.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in conducting feasibility studies and operational assessments for industrial complexes.
• Support analysis of workflows, production capacity, and resource utilization.
• Help prepare basic process layouts, reports, and design documentation.
• Support project coordination activities and track progress of development initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and simple business case analyses.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure alignment of plans.
• Prepare presentations and summary reports for management review.
• Support compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within development projects.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position.
