Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Your Role will focus on:

  • Driving and coordinating transformation initiatives across functions to ensure structured delivery and alignment with governance standards
  • Monitoring performance, risks, and progress while delivering clear reporting insights to support effective decision-making.
  • Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Support end-to-end delivery of assigned transformation initiatives or workstreams from initiation through implementation or go-live.
    • Coordinate activities across departments (e.g., IT, Digital, Operations, HR, Finance) to support integrated execution.
    • Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables against agreed plans.
    • Assist in maintaining portfolio plans, schedules, budgets, and benefits trackers for transformation initiatives.
    • Support consolidation of program-level data into portfolio-level views for management reporting.
    • Prepare regular status updates, dashboards, and reports for Transformation Managers and PMO leadership.
    • Support governance forums by preparing meeting materials, action logs, and follow-ups.
    • Ensure documentation aligns with agreed PMO and transformation standards.
    • Support delivery performance reviews by tracking progress against scope, timeline, cost, quality, and benefits realization.
    • Maintain delivery artifacts such as RAID logs, plans, and performance trackers.
    • Assist in identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions.
    • Maintain risk and issue registers for assigned initiatives.
    • Escalate emerging risks and issues in a timely manner, with supporting analysis.
    • Track mitigation actions and follow up with stakeholders.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Project Management or related field; master's or equivalent preferred.
    • 2-4 years experience in program/portfolio delivery, PMO or transformation roles with responsibility for cross‑functional initiatives. Certifications desirable: PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) or equivalent.

    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Experience using centralized governance, risk and performance frameworks.
    • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication (concise status updates and escalation).
    • Analytical mindset with competency in dashboards and delivery metrics.
    • Risk‑based decision making and escalation discipline.
    • Familiarity with delivery tools (Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, portfolio tools). Ability to operate in a fast‑paced transformation environment.
