KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategy
- Perform preparation and implementation of administrative reviews per applicable international administrative systems; report and follow up closure of results.
- Deliver sector support on Dubai Government Excellence Program requirements and excellence standards, coordinate with units, committees, and teams to close improvement opportunities from evaluation feedback.
- Deliver support to organizational units to implement institutional knowledge initiatives; follow up the annual benchmarking plan and sector participation in awards.
- Deliver evaluation of Higher Committees chaired by the CEO and their subcommittees; submit
reports.
Operations
- Participate in the implementation of the sector QHSS audit plan; report and follow up closure of findings with concerned units, submit reports to leadership.
- Participate in external audits of sector administrative systems and international standards.
- adhere to requirements and support concerned organizational units and system owners.
- Execute activities to study, assess, and classify institutional risks; update key
- risks, identify preventive and corrective measures, and support units to monitor and manage operational risks.
- Implement plans and work programs related to health, safety, environment, energy, sustainability, and risks; conduct analytical studies; submit periodic reports and statistics with concerned units.
- Handle investigation of incidents at the sector level; review implementation and ensure closure of corrective and preventive measures; submit reports.
- Provide support and contribution to emergency and business continuity plans to respond to accidents, disasters, and crises; monitor implementation with concerned units, committees, and teams; promote HSE awareness and culture.
- Execute evaluation of Higher Committees and sub teams and submit relevant reports to leadership.
- Perform compliance audits on the implementation of institutional documents (related to approved processes) and administrative decisions affecting organizational structure and its current and newly introduced roles and deliver closure within 3 months from issuance.
- Execute the general framework and mechanism for monitoring administrative circulars within the Authority, handle intake of circular requests and perform comprehensive evaluations.
Product / Process Improvement
- Implement actions to close audit and review findings and to enhance compliance, documentation quality, and the effectiveness of updated policies, processes, and risk/continuity controls.
Physical Working Conditions
- Office-based with regular site audits, field inspections and inter-department workshops across sector facilities.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Quality Management, or equivalent from an accredited university. Master's degree is preferred. Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or master's degree with 6 years of experience
