Job Description
- Lead end-to-end R&D initiatives tied to infrastructure priorities
- Shape and execute innovation strategies with senior leadership
- Integrate emerging technologies into live and future projects
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Oversee delivery, quality, timelines, and resource allocation
- Provide technical insight on trends, data, and methodologies
- Deliver concise reporting and recommendations to leadership
The Successful Applicant
- UAE National with strong English proficiency.
- 6+ years experience in R&D, innovation, or similar
- Background in engineering, AI, research, or related field
- Proven track record delivering complex research initiatives
- Understanding of Abu Dhabi infrastructure landscape
- Ability to operate across strategy, delivery, and stakeholder engagement
